There are a number of reasons we might need to contact you via SMS. If we do, you'll see our message as from +447480559920, or +447897032226. We will never contact you from a different number. If in doubt regarding the legitimacy of a text received from Bamboo, please call or email us instead. Bamboo will NEVER ask you for a loan fee.

Received a suspicious phone call?

We have been made aware of several fraud attempts where consumers are being contacted over the phone and are offered a loan for an upfront fee. Please be aware, Bamboo does NOT charge any upfront fee. If you receive a phone call that you are unsure about, hang up and call us back on 0330 159 6010.

Received a suspicious email?

We are aware of a number of attempted frauds through emails pretending to be Bamboo. Please be aware, we will never contact you from an email address other than @bambooloans.com. If you are unsure, don’t respond. Call us instead on 0330 159 6010. Read more on fraud prevention and staying safe.
