Supporting documents FAQs

What documents will I need to complete my loan application?

Here is a list of some of the documents you may be asked for.

Why do you ask for face recognition to verify identity?

When you apply for a loan, we need to confirm your identity to ensure we’re dealing with the right person. This helps protect you from identity fraud. We do this using Onfido, our trusted identity verification partner.

You’ll be asked to position your face within a frame so Onfido can perform biometric verification. This involves comparing your facial biometrics with your ID document.

This process is designed to be secure, user-friendly, and compliant with global identity verification standards - helping us prevent fraud while keeping your personal details safe.

Do I need a camera on my device?

Yes, you’ll need a camera (webcam or smartphone camera) to complete the identity verification process.

Do I have to activate my camera?

Yes, you’ll need to grant access to your device’s camera during verification. The camera will automatically turn off once the process is complete.

What if my device does not have a camera?

Unfortunately, without a camera on your device, you will not be able to complete your online loan application.
