FLA Lending Code

The Finance and Leasing Association (FLA) is the leading trade association for the consumer mortgage, credit, motor finance and asset finance sectors in the UK.

Membership to the FLA is conditional to companies meeting strict standards which are set out in the FLA Lending Code 2021 and performance is monitored in line with the Code. As a full member of the FLA, Bamboo Loans customers are held to the same level of standards highlighted in this Code.

What is the FLA Lending Code?

The FLA Lending Code sets out standards of good practice for the consumer finance industry which go above and beyond legal requirements.
